We can register you for self assessment or guide you through it. It is essential that you register your business with HMR&C so that you are compliant. This then allows us to complete your self assessment tax returns on time avoiding penalties.
VAT, CIS, and Payroll.
It may be necessary to register your company for value added tax, the construction industry scheme or if taking on staff for payroll. Again we can register you for these or if you wish guide you through the registration so that you are compliant.
Bookkeeping, payroll and accounts software choice
Bookkeeping is a necessity of any new business, as is payroll if employing staff. We offer this service and can ensure that the records are up to date. If you should wish to do your bookkeeping we can advise on the way that this can be done which may include a suggestion for a suitable accounting package .
Capital purchases
When starting a business you may need capital items such as a new van or computer. There are various ways to finance this and whether it be a outright cash purchase, lease or contract hire we can go through the pro and cons of each.
